If your watch gets damaged for any reason or malfunctions or you're simply unhappy with it, simply contact our customer service (firstname.lastname@example.org) and include your original order reference number. We will confirm you have also opted for the 365 Gladiator Coverage program (you must do so at the time of purchasing your watch) and then initiate a Return.
You then ship the Watch to us and once we receive it - we simply send you a replacement. If not replacement is available we will offer you several alternative models you can choose instead.
Once you've selected your watch and added it to your cart, you will be offered to add this program to your cart.
Yes, for a nominal fee of $19.95 billed once every 12 months so you can have complete peace of mind, and you can stop this at any time - no questions asked!

Unless you have opted for our 365 Days Extended Warranty & Return Program, our standard return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the new condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Returns that do not meet the above mentioned unused and new condition and/or do not have the original packaging are subject to 25% restocking fee.
To complete your return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
