365 Gladiator Coverage - Annual Plan

What is it?

The Gladiator Watch Co. 365 Day Extended Warranty and Replacement Program offers you a complete peace of mind for your new Gladiator premium watch. Here's what you get:

  • Complete replacement warranty for your phone should anything happened to it. Unlike the standard warranty - this program covers any type of damage whether caused by you, nature or another person. It's basically an insurance. All you need to do is return the watch to us we'll send you a replacement.
  • Complete 100% satisfaction warranty for 365 days from the date of purchase - if at any time you don't like your watch, return it for a full refund - no questions asked.

Awesome, how does it work?

Very simple. 

If your watch gets damaged for any reason or malfunctions or you're simply unhappy with it, simply contact our customer service (cs@gladiatorwatches.com) and include your original order reference number. We will confirm you have also opted for the 365 Gladiator Coverage program (you must do so at the time of purchasing your watch) and then initiate a Return. 

You then ship the Watch to us and once we receive it - we simply send you a replacement. If not replacement is available we will offer you several alternative models you can choose instead.

How Do I Get This Amazing Program?

Once you've selected your watch and added it to your cart, you will be offered to add this program to your cart. 

Is there a fee involved?

Yes, for a nominal fee of $19.95 billed once every 12 months so you can have complete peace of mind, and you can stop this at any time - no questions asked!

Returns

Unless you have opted for our 365 Days Extended Warranty & Return Program, our standard return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the new condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Returns that do not meet the above mentioned unused and new condition and/or do not have the original packaging are subject to 25% restocking fee.

To complete your return, please contact us at cs@gladiatorwatches.com and include your order number.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at cs@gladiatorwatches.com.

Exchanges

We will gladly replace a product if it's defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at cs@gladiatorwatches.com and send your item to: Gladiator Watch Co., 26895 Aliso Creek Rd Aliso Viejo, Suite B495, California, USA 92656.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Gladiator Watch Co, 26895 Aliso Creek Rd, Suite B495, Aliso Viejo, California, USA 92656

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
